AudioNova Globen is looking for a Licensed Audiologist with a passion for helping others achieve the best quality of life! About the Role This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, full-time. Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30. AudioNova Globen is one of our clinics in Stockholm that operates on behalf of Region Stockholm, where as a Licensed Audiologist you will work with and be able to offer hearing aids from the region's procurement range. As a Licensed Audiologist at AudioNova, you work with the entire rehabilitation process in the form of hearing tests, needs assessments, and fitting of hearing aids as well as other technical aids. The work requires a high sense of service, flexibility when sudden changes occur in the day's schedule, and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and collective goals. Audiological knowledge as well as a good understanding of the connection between audiology, products, and service is the foundation of the work. You report to the Regional Sales Manager, Team Leader, and receive support from competent colleagues. Examples of Work Tasks Perform hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, inform and together choose the best solution for each customer. Adjust and configure hearing aids and technical equipment based on customer needs. Deliver high service throughout the rehabilitation process. Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and the authorities' standards and guidelines. Participate actively in measures proposed by RSM, Team Leader, or Support Office, such as process improvements. About You We are looking for you who are a Licensed Audiologist and passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the rehabilitation chain. You have a good ability to communicate facts and information in an easy-to-understand way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge. You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward efficiently. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable approach, even in more demanding situations. As we are part of a global corporation, we see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a license approved by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare following completion of an Audiology program. We consider it meritorious if you have previous experience with rehabilitative approaches. Additionally, we value that: You are an experienced IT user and navigate independently in the Office package. You are service and solution-oriented. You hold a category B driver's license. You possess good communication skills and have an easy time building good relationships. You independently prioritize and structure work tasks.
