Job responsibilities As a welder, you will have an important role in production where you are responsible for manufacturing high-quality and durable structures. You work with modern methods and tools where quality and precision are an obvious part of daily work. We are looking for someone with experience in MAG welding and some experience in TIG. You should be able to perform visual inspection according to standard 5817 and read and understand technical drawings. In the role, you also work with continuous improvements according to LEAN and 5S. Other duties include forklift and overhead crane operation. The position is located in Boxholm and working hours are scheduled for either continuous day or continuous evening shifts. Your profile We are looking for someone with welding experience in an industrial environment who enjoys working carefully and systematically. You have a good understanding of technical drawings and appreciate working in a team where collaboration and quality are central. As a person, you are responsible, engaged and have a desire to develop together with the business. Qualifications Secondary education with technical or practical focus, preferably in manufacturing industry. Welding license - MAG. Good knowledge of drawing reading. Forklift and overhead crane certification. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is a positive team player with a high quality mindset.
