About the Role As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you are responsible for the sale, ordering, and management of spare parts, as well as ensuring an efficient material flow to the workshop, field service, and customers. You will be an important contact point between customers, suppliers, and service technicians. The work involves both customer contact and administrative tasks where structure, service, and quality are crucial for success. You are responsible for keeping the warehouse well-organized with good order and structure to ensure an efficient workflow. Examples of work tasks: - Sale and ordering of spare parts. - Customer service and advice via phone, email, and over the counter. - Receipt, registration, and storage of incoming goods. - Management of inbound and outbound deliveries as well as loading and unloading. - Warehouse management, inventory, and follow-up of backorders. - Close collaboration with workshop, service management, and suppliers. - Ensure order, structure, and high service levels. - Contribute to improvement initiatives and actively participate in workplace environment and safety efforts. We Are Looking for Someone Who - Has a secondary education or equivalent competence. - Has good computer skills. - Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both written and spoken. - Has a B-category driver's license. - It is advantageous if you have experience with warehouse, logistics, spare parts, or workshop-related work, or alternatively a strong technical interest.
