About the position: As a CNC milling operator at Z-MEK, you will work with manufacturing of advanced components mainly for the pharmaceutical industry in a modern and technologically advanced production environment. Production is characterized by high demands on quality and surface finish where precision, accuracy and technical understanding are crucial. You work on 3- and 5-axis Mazak machines with technically advanced components. The focus is on creating and ensuring high-quality surfaces in materials with high demands on machining results. The work involves optimizing machining strategies, improving cycle times and ensuring stable processes throughout production. Programming and optimization in Mastercam is a natural part of daily work in order to further develop, streamline and troubleshoot existing programs and manufacturing processes. You are expected to contribute technical understanding and be able to analyze whether deviations are due to, for example, program, machine or material. Your profile: We are looking for you who are an experienced CNC milling operator and who enjoys a technically advanced environment where quality and details are central. You have a strong technical interest, work in a structured manner and like to understand the interplay between machine, tool, program and material. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-motivated, analytical and have a drive to continually improve results. Requirements: • Experience with CNC milling • Experience with programming and optimization in Mastercam and/or Mazatrol • Good knowledge of blueprint reading • Proficiency in Swedish in speech and writing • Class B driver's license and access to a car Meritorious: • Experience with 5-axis machining • Experience with difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy or titanium • Experience with advanced surface requirements or high-precision machining • Forklift and overhead crane certificate Working hours: Day shift or evening shift Start date: By agreement Ikett Personalpartner is a recruitment partner to Z-MEK and supports them in this process.
