Since 1997, we manufacture and sell spiral staircases, straight staircases, modular ramps, and grating for both indoor and outdoor use. Together with our customers, we want to provide the knowledge and products with that extra touch to deliver the best possible solution. We are now looking for a Surface Treatment Specialist for our new powder coating facility in Säffle. In your work, you will handle surface preparation in the form of blasting and cleaning, as well as industrial coating where you will powder coat steel staircases for indoor and outdoor use. You will plan and organize your work based on color, product, and capacity. You will also support our logistics department by packaging and preparing coated products for delivery to the end customer. We are looking for someone who: - Is or has worked as a machine operator, CNC operator, or has equivalent experience. - Is not afraid of physical work and has an eye for detail and quality. - Has previous experience with coating or blasting (a plus). - Enjoys physical work and working independently as well as in a team. - Has the ability to juggle multiple tasks, understands workflows and work methods easily. - Is solution-oriented and has an eye for quality in all aspects. - Holds a forklift license and has previous experience operating a forklift. It is a plus if you have technical understanding and can read technical drawings. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, and organized. We process incoming applications on an ongoing basis and only contact those who meet the application requirements. We offer a 6-month probationary period and have a collective agreement.
