Take the opportunity to work in a municipality that focuses on the core of education! 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking new staff members for our Aircraft Maintenance Training program. You are expected to be involved in and take significant responsibility for the development of both individual courses and the school as a whole. We are looking for you—an aircraft technician/instructor/vocational teacher—to teach future aircraft and helicopter technicians and who wants to be part of developing the education and school. The school operates as a unit, so even if you are primarily placed within one of the training tracks, both secondary school students and vocational college students may be included in your work duties. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting instruction and practical training according to national and international regulations for Aircraft Maintenance Training. You will also participate in the school's various development projects. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is development-oriented and has strong knowledge in the aircraft technical field. It is an advantage if you have experience with educational activities and working with young people, preferably in practical situations. We also value industry experience and strong communication skills with representatives of other organizations in the industry. We appreciate your ability to collaborate and contribute to creating a positive and creative work environment. As a person, you are confident, stable, and communicate clearly with students and colleagues. In your work, you plan, organize, and prioritize in an efficient manner. You have: • A certificate as an aircraft technician, or alternatively possess comparable competence. • Knowledge of international aviation regulations, primarily EASA part-145/66/147. • Several years of experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing of helicopters and/or aircraft. • Experience in aircraft maintenance, civil and/or military. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have: • Worked in aircraft technical activities for at least five years, of which two years as a certified technician according to EASA or EMAR-SE. • Experience in civil aircraft maintenance. • Experience in helicopter maintenance. • Experience teaching young people in both theory and practice. • Worked with avionics/aircraft electronics. • Held or currently hold a Part 66 certificate, category B1 and/or B2. • A degree from teacher training at a college/university. • Experience with project work, preferably in a leadership position. However, we have no expectations that you as an applicant are qualified in all of the above areas! You have good collaboration skills and a genuine interest in driving the business forward. Great importance is placed on social skills and personal suitability. Since you will need to move between our facilities, a Class B driver's license is required. The work is located in the F 17 area, and you therefore need to be a Swedish citizen.
