About the role and your responsibilities
Many students are currently applying to our healthcare programs and we need more enthusiastic instructors who want to educate future nursing assistants! We are currently seeking two full-time instructors and two temporary positions at 50-100%.
You will teach students on-site and students in flexible learning formats. You will follow up on students' work-based learning. You are responsible for planning, implementing, systematically quality-assuring and developing the education. You work with assessment, grading and documentation. You have a strong commitment to learning and development of professional skills in healthcare and care, and you encourage student participation. You attend to students' individual needs and show care for the students. We work based on science and proven experience.
We are looking for you
We want you to have relevant higher education in the field. It is meritorious if you have a vocational teacher qualification with the authority to teach within healthcare and care.
Other education that can provide qualification to teach within healthcare and care is also meritorious.
It is meritorious if you have taught as a healthcare and care instructor. Similarly, if you have experience in adult education.

About the workplace
Komvux in Lund offers education in Swedish for immigrants, adapted education, apprenticeship training, basic and upper secondary courses, vocational training and combination programs. We have teaching facilities at Gastelyckan in Lund and at Campus Vipan.
We work to develop our school based on students' needs. At Komvux Lund we have a Learning Center, Kompassen, where students are offered support to succeed in their studies. We are Erasmus-accredited and every year staff have the opportunity to participate in job shadowing, courses and collaborations with adult education providers in Europe. The Erasmus work also means that we regularly receive colleagues from other countries.
