About the Position
We are seeking a vocational teacher for the Electrical and Energy Program at Rudbecksgymnasiet in Tidaholm.
The position includes teaching in automation technology, programmable control systems, alarm, monitoring and security systems, and CAD. In addition to teaching, business contacts and workplace-based learning are an integral part of your work. Mentoring and other teaching duties are included in the position.
You and your colleagues create a stimulating learning environment together with the students. Students' well-being, safety, and desire to learn are largely determined by their relationships with our staff. The Electrical and Energy Program conducts both national and international trips and study visits, which are made possible through external funding.
The Electrical and Energy Program operates on Vulcanön in the center of town with the Tidan River just outside the windows.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed vocational teacher in the electrical and energy program and/or have professional experience in automation, programmable systems, and industrial automation.
As a person, you are accustomed to working together with others and have a strong ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also place great emphasis on student participation and influence.
Through a positive approach to development and change work, you dare to test different solutions with students in focus.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
