We are looking for an Instructor/Vocational Teacher for our Labor Market Education Restaurant program in Eskilstuna. Responsibilities Your responsibilities include leading and teaching our participants. You plan, document and carry out the education that we conduct on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. Work Experience/Background The education assignment requires good knowledge of industry companies' competency requirements and experience with education administration. The goal of the education is for participants to become employable, which requires our staff to have broad knowledge of the industry's competency needs. The Instructor/Vocational Teacher has primary responsibility for the educational content, its structure, how it is planned and executed. The Vocational Teacher's competence must meet at least the following: Option 1: Certified vocational teacher in the respective field, or Option 2: At least two (2) years of full-time experience teaching adults in the respective field (upper secondary school, municipal adult education and/or labor market education) within the last 6-year period. It is a merit if you have knowledge of labor market regulations and are interested in labor market and social issues.
