JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching various subjects within Agriculture such as Crop Production, Service Technology, Machinery and Technical Equipment in Natural Resource Management, and Excavator Operation Level 1. Teaching takes place through both theoretical and practical lessons. You will collaborate with other teachers in the work team and at the school. The work also includes external contacts with, for example, apprenticeship mentors and contact with students' guardians. The teaching role gives you the opportunity to combine your professional expertise in Agriculture with pedagogical work. You will be an important person in creating good conditions for students' future professional lives. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is educated as an Agronomist or Agricultural Engineer, or has equivalent experience within agriculture in crop production and service technology, both practical and theoretical. It is also an asset if you can operate an excavator in a professional manner. You should have a strong interest in teaching young people and want to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You have a pedagogical approach and can meet students both individually and in groups. You are flexible, goal-oriented, and take initiative. You are skilled at collaboration and have a professional approach. We will place great emphasis on your personality and what you can bring to our team.
