Vocational Instructor in Ventilation at Our Malmö Unit

As a vocational instructor at Movant, you will help realize our vision "From Job Dream to Dream Job." About the Role Do you have several years of experience as a Ventilation Technician or Ventilation Sheet Metal Worker and feel it's time for the next step? Movant is launching a new program at our unit in Kalmar and is looking for someone with vocational certification as a ventilation technician or ventilation sheet metal worker. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as mentoring on work sites, that is a plus. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for young adults entering the Ventilation industry. To thrive as an instructor with us, it's important that you are a team player who enjoys working in groups. You must have the ability and desire to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. Your personality is characterized by strong collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you work with. As an educator, you give participants strong confidence in their abilities to reach individual and collective goals. You promote learning and are diligent about giving participants feedback on their results. Quality is an important value for you. We would like to see that you have experience leading work and possess strong knowledge within the field, both theoretical and practical. As an instructor with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while pursuing your own passion for your profession. It is desirable that you have teacher certification or other pedagogical experience. We place great importance on personal qualities. Employment Type Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period Scope: Full-time or part-time; we are seeking two instructors Start Date: By agreement, but ideally in December when the program begins in January 2027.
