As a vocational instructor at Movant, you will help bring our vision to life: "From job dream to dream job." About the Role Do you have several years of experience as a Ventilation Technician or Ventilation Sheet Metal Worker and feel it's time for your next step? Movant is launching a new program at our Kalmar facility and we're looking for someone with a vocational certification as a ventilation technician or ventilation sheet metal worker. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as mentoring on job sites, that's a plus. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as a mentor and trainer for young adults who want to enter the ventilation industry. You must have the ability and desire to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. You're characterized by strong collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet at work. As an educator, you inspire participants with confidence in their abilities to reach individual and shared goals together. You promote learning and are diligent about providing participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important guiding principle for you. We'd like to see that you have experience leading work and strong knowledge of the trade, both theoretically and practically. As an instructor with us, you'll help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while pursuing your own passion for the trade. Teacher certification or other pedagogical experience is desirable. We place great importance on personal qualities. Employment Type Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period Scope: Full-time or part-time; we are recruiting two instructors Start Date: By agreement, but preferably in December as the program starts in January 2027.
