The municipal adult education in Motala includes activities at Basic and Upper Secondary levels, Municipal adult education in Swedish for immigrants, Adapted education for adults, contracted education, and distance higher education. The courses are provided both by the municipality itself and in collaboration with other education providers. Teaching in the municipality's own operations is conducted at Carlsunds Utbildningscentrum, Platengymnasiet, and Ekenäs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are growing and the number of people who want to study to become a nursing assistant in apprenticeship form is only increasing! Your task will include both teaching and apprentice visits in the workplaces to assess students' knowledge development. Otherwise, the position consists of other work tasks common to teachers, such as planning, follow-up, documentation, and professional development, etc. To be suitable for this position, you need to be a nurse or nursing assistant and have worked within LSS or otherwise met people with disabilities in your work. You should be skilled in relationships, pedagogically knowledgeable, and have the ability to meet people where they are in terms of knowledge. It is an advantage if you are a trained vocational instructor or intend to pursue the education.
QUALIFICATIONS
• You must be trained as a nurse or nursing assistant.
• We want you to have experience by having worked within LSS or otherwise worked with people who have disabilities.
• You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• We would like to see that you are a trained vocational instructor.
Even if you do not have a vocational instructor certification, it is an advantage if you have worked as a teacher in adult education in vocational programs in healthcare and social care.

• You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set time frames and meet deadlines.
• You take active initiative in social situations, step forward, and have an easy time creating new relationships and maintaining relationships.
• You easily adapt, develop, and learn new things after changed requirements, conditions, or circumstances. You see opportunities in change and can also change your perspective and approach.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
