About the Role Movant's "Digital School" aims to support our schools throughout Sweden. The goal is to build a unit that can support our schools with new hires, between assignments, or when other needs arise. Movant sees digital development as part of the present and the future. By building a digital unit, Movant can continue to develop and remain at the forefront as one of Sweden's largest vocational training companies. We operate labor market training, adult education (Komvux), vocational higher education, and national vocational training, and also offer training to companies that need to develop and educate their employees internally. Digital School is growing, and we are now seeking vocational instructors with broad expertise in Refrigeration & Heat Pump. Digital School operates nationally, giving you the opportunity to work at a Movant school, from home, or at an office within the Academedia group. Since we provide training in practical professions, some classes are held on-site around Sweden, which includes some travel. We Are Looking For You Who Already work as a vocational instructor Or have at least five years of professional experience in the industry Hold an F-gas certificate category I Have experience teaching adults Have the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs Have the competence to explain theories and guide practical sessions Have good digital skills Have the ability to travel, as assignments may vary between remote teaching and practical sessions at a school or company around the country. It is a merit if you hold teaching certification or other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
