About the role Do you have a vocational diploma and several years of experience as a Building Sheet Metal Worker and feel it's time for the next step? Movant is starting a new program at our Örebro facility and is now looking for you to take the opportunity to combine your professional expertise with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for young adults who want to advance in the industry. If you also have pedagogical experience, such as being a supervisor in workplaces, that is a plus. To thrive in the role of instructor with us, it is important that you are a team player who enjoys working in groups. It is important that you have the ability and desire to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. Your personality is characterized by good collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build strong relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you inspire participants with confidence in their abilities so that together you can reach individual and collective goals. You promote learning and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important principle for you. We would like to see that you have experience leading work and have strong knowledge in the trade, both theoretically and practically. As an instructor with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while also pursuing your own passion for your profession. It is desirable that you hold a teaching certification or have other pedagogical experience. We place great importance on personal qualities. Employment terms Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time or part-time.
