Your Responsibilities We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry who wants to share your knowledge with the next generation of professionals. The position is primarily aimed at residential building or painting specializations. As a vocational teacher with us, you play an important role in students' development. You plan and deliver instruction in both theory and practice, create a safe learning environment, and help students develop the knowledge and vocational skills required for a future working life. We are primarily seeking someone who holds vocational teacher certification. If you do not yet have vocational teacher credentials but have solid professional experience in the construction field, you are also welcome to apply. We offer the opportunity to complete vocational teacher training while employed, with the school covering the training costs. You will be an important adult figure for our students and will also serve as a mentor, which means you follow students' development, support them in their daily lives, and contribute to their sense of security and motivation.
