Responsibilities As a WMS Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our warehouse and logistics systems function efficiently, reliably, and commercially. You work both operationally and development-oriented with a focus on operations, troubleshooting, support, optimization, and improvement of our processes. You will be part of a team of four people and take on a central role between operations, IT, system providers, and internal stakeholders. Your day will be characterized by variety. Some tasks follow established processes, while others require you to analyze new problems, identify root causes, and find sustainable solutions together with colleagues and external contacts. Your Responsibilities Manage operations, support, and further development of the warehouse management system (WMS). Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-related issues in daily operations. Plan, implement, and quality assure testing during system upgrades and changes. Coordinate and follow up on cases with external system providers and internal support functions. Serve as a specialist user and system support for WMS, SAP, Blue Yonder, and other business-critical systems. Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and user-friendliness. Participate in the development of new system solutions and future logistics processes. Collaborate with colleagues within the Lyreco group and external suppliers in international environments. Therefore, you have strong relationship-building skills, can identify needs, and translate them into sustainable solutions. You appreciate a role where you can combine technical expertise with business understanding and where you constantly get to learn new things. We would like you to have: Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar business-critical system environments. Experience with SAP. Good system understanding and a strong interest in IT, technology, and digital solutions. Experience with troubleshooting, system support, or system development-related work. Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes. Good skills in Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience with Blue Yonder or other warehouse management systems as well as interest in AI and new technological approaches. What Can Lyreco Offer You?
