Do you want to work strategically with quality and environment at a family-oriented company that prioritizes sustainability and continuous improvement? We are now seeking a driven and engaged QMS Manager who will be a key person in our efforts to ensure that our operations meet high standards and requirements. As QMS Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's work within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. You will ensure that operations comply with laws, customer requirements, and internal policies, while driving continuous improvements in these areas with a focus on profitability and employee well-being. Your main responsibilities include: Develop and maintain the company's management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety Conduct internal and external audits as well as self-inspections Compile and analyze QMS statistics to identify trends and propose improvements Investigate incidents, deviations, and accidents and ensure that corrective actions are implemented Conduct training and inform staff about procedures, legal requirements, and improvement measures Participate in management reviews and contribute with analyses and improvement proposals Work proactively with risk assessments and ensure that risk management is current Manage documentation and reporting in accordance with applicable standards and legal requirements We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with QMS, is structured and analytical, and feels confident driving improvement projects and initiating actions. You are communicative and have pedagogical skills when it comes to educating and informing staff. The position may be located at one of Wist Last & Buss's 20 facilities, from Kiruna in the north to Köping in the south. You will be based at your local facility, and travel within the operational area is a natural part of the role. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
