As a Web Specialist, you will become part of Tillväxtverket's communications unit, which is responsible for strategic guidelines on external and internal communication. We drive, develop, and coordinate the agency's communications work and we support and produce content. Your colleagues have other specialized expertise and areas of responsibility; together we work as a team. About the Position In the role of Web Specialist, you can expect interesting and varied work in close collaboration with knowledgeable colleagues. You work both strategically and operatively with the agency's external and internal websites from a holistic perspective on the agency's overall mission and communication. You provide qualified web support to employees and managers within the rest of the organization and serve as an advisor to others on the agency's communications unit. The work involves managing and developing functions and content on the agency's websites, both tillvaxtverket.se and the agency's intranet may be relevant. It concerns structure and navigation as well as web adaptation of information with a focus on plain language, accessibility, and search engine and AI optimization. The role may include monitoring and analyzing website data and user behavior and driving or participating in web development projects. Ongoing web support tasks are included. A specific assignment may be to further develop and coordinate our editorial work and provide editorial support that ensures efficient content management. Another may be to participate in procurement of external providers. You will work with multiple assignments in parallel; sometimes you lead or work on a task yourself, sometimes you are part of a working group. Your place of employment is: Stockholm or Östersund We are looking for you who have: At least two years of studies from university or college in web communication or other education/experience that Tillväxtverket considers equivalent. At least two years of experience as a Web Specialist/web editor/web manager. Good knowledge of a professional web publishing tool that includes experience working with web structure and functionality. Experience structuring and optimizing others' texts and own content production for websites. Experience from web work within the public sector. Good knowledge of plain language. The following are meritorious: Very good knowledge of Sitevision. Experience managing and developing content and functions for intranet (not primarily news work). Experience with large, complex websites. Experience organizing an editorial organization. Experience having contact with external providers. Experience utilizing AI for your own work, experience with AI functionality on websites, and interest in how AI affects web communication.
