What you will do/be responsible for As Editor-in-Chief, you will be responsible for the editorial content on the agency's main website, UHR.se. The role involves planning, coordinating, and driving content development as well as educating, leading, and coaching an internal editorial organization with various editorial assignments linked to different mandates and projects. You will also operationally adapt, edit, write, and publish texts and images on the website, make plain language adjustments, and review accessibility. In some cases, you will contribute to or conduct web analytics to be able to make demands for digital adjustments. Of course, you will continuously review structure for optimal target audience alignment. Besides colleagues in the Communications Unit, you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization such as project managers, product owners, service designers, and others. Other tasks may also occur. You as an applicant You have: An academic degree in journalism, media, communications, or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. Very good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. At least five years of documented and current experience with editorial work, text editing on the web, and image editing on the web. Experience with web analytics and operational editorial leadership. Documented and current strong pedagogical ability where you have conducted training in web editorial work. Documented and current experience with and use the Microsoft Office package and Photoshop without limitation. Experience working with CMS for web. Knowledge in HTML, SEO, copywriting, plain language, and web accessibility. Experience with close collaboration with agile cross-functional development teams.
