Do you want to take full responsibility for one of Ellevio's most important digital channels? Are you a skilled digital communicator who enjoys creating structure, making complex information simple, and developing content based on user needs? With us, you'll have a central role in managing Ellevio's websites – while becoming part of a company with an important mission: to electrify Sweden and contribute to the energy system of the future. About the Web Manager role This is a role for someone who likes to combine strategy with clear operational responsibility. One day you write, edit, and publish content. The next day you work with web structure, analyze user behavior, or support the business in various development projects alongside colleagues in communications, CX, customer service, operations, and IT. As Web Manager, you hold together Ellevio's external websites. You're responsible for the whole picture – content, structure, quality, working methods, and the long-term development of the web. An important part of the task is making complex information simple to understand and easy to find. Our customers should be able to quickly get answers and resolve their issues, whether it's about a power outage, an invoice, a connection to the power grid, or how the future power grid is developing. You will, among other things: be responsible for structure, content, and editorial quality on ellevio.se write, edit, publish, and tailor content to target audiences develop content and structure based on user insights, web analytics, search behavior, and SEO ensure that the web complies with applicable laws and regulations as well as our own guidelines for tone, visual design, and digital accessibility monitor how the web is performing and continuously drive improvements You'll be part of Ellevio's communications department and work closely with other communicators, but you'll also have many contact points throughout the rest of the organization. You understand the possibilities of technology and can translate business and user needs into clear requirements and priorities. What we think you should be like We believe you're someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You can see both the details and the big picture and have the ability to prioritize what matters most for the user. You have a confident command of language and good editorial judgment. You can make difficult questions understandable without losing what's important, and you know that good digital communication is as much about structure and usability as it is about the content itself. You're self-driven and take initiative, and you like to move work forward. At the same time, you're collaborative and good at bringing others along. We're looking for someone who: has several years of experience in web, digital communications, or editorial work has experience working in a larger CMS has strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and user-centered digital communication has strong knowledge of digital accessibility and what it means in practice has experience driving projects or digital development work expresses yourself very well in Swedish and has good English skills is curious about new digital tools and working methods and uses AI as a natural part of your work It's a merit if you've worked in Optimizely or similar platforms and if you have experience from a larger organization with many different target audiences, editors, and content owners.
