We are now looking for an engaged and present Warehouse Manager who wants to take responsibility for our warehouse and internal logistics operations in Vimmerby/Södra Vi. This is a newly created role and an important part of our effort to strengthen the logistics organization through clearer leadership, increased process focus, and continued development of our material flows.
About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you report to the Logistics Manager and have personnel responsibility for our warehouse and transport employees, planners, and team leaders. You will lead an operation with approximately 35 employees and be responsible for daily operations, employee development, and improvement of processes and material flows.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
• Lead, coach, and develop your employees
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning warehouse and logistics operation
• Manage staffing, resource planning, and daily operations
• Monitor and improve KPIs in safety, quality, delivery accuracy, and productivity
• Drive improvement work according to Lean principles
• Collaborate closely with production, planning, and transport planning

• Have experience in leadership within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing industry
• Are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement and results
• Enjoy working close to operations and prefer hands-on leadership
• Have experience driving improvement work and change initiatives
• Have good understanding of material flows, inventory management, and logistics processes
