Manage the company's financial accounting and ensure compliance with legal acts and accounting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyses, and forecasts. Develop budgets, liquidity and investment plans; monitor their implementation and provide recommendations. Manage cash flows, credits, and expense control. Participate in the strategic planning process, evaluate project/sector investment efficiency. Prepare pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis; initiate actions to improve profitability. Coordinate accounting, tax, and audit processes with accountants, consultants, and institutions. Provide financial consulting for farming operations and agricultural projects; analyze seasonal risk factors. Maintain financial reporting for projects, grants, and EU/STATE programs.
