Vy Buss operates the city buses in beautiful Östersund. In the summer of 2024, our new contract launched, running for at least 10 years, which means new buses and long-term investments in our operations. We are approximately 110 employees who help Östersund residents get to work, school, the hospital, and more every day. We are looking for someone with a D-class driver's license, a service-oriented mindset, and who enjoys providing our passengers with excellent service. You have a secure, safe, and professional driving style and appreciate varied work. The position starts as a temporary appointment with good opportunities for many working hours, which means you need to be able to work extensively. Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends. In November, there are good chances for permanent employment. Salary and conditions according to the Bus Industry Agreement.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a valid D-class driver's license and approved YKB (driver medical certificate). Experience with bus driving is a merit but not a requirement.
Is service-oriented, responsible, and enjoys meeting people. With a positive attitude and professional conduct, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant journey for our passengers. Since you help and guide our customers daily, you need good Swedish language skills to provide information and answer questions about routes, stops, and more.
We place great importance on personal qualities and particularly value a sense of responsibility, accuracy, and safe driving practices. Passenger safety and security are always our highest priority.
The planned start date for the position is week 41, and we would therefore like you to be able to start then.

Good to know:
