The company owns and manages approximately 1,500 apartments and commercial spaces with a total area of approximately 145,000 sqm. The balance sheet total amounts to 705 MSEK, rental income 140 MSEK. In total, we have 30 employees with offices in Hyltebruk. Bofast AB is hiring an HVAC Technician We are expanding our team and are now looking for an HVAC technician for our property management division. With us, you will have a free and varied job where you work with service, maintenance, and HVAC work in our apartments and properties. You work independently with significant personal responsibility, while becoming part of a family-oriented company with great camaraderie. Job Responsibilities: - Service and troubleshooting HVAC work - Repair and replacement of HVAC installations - Maintenance in apartments and properties - Troubleshooting and problem-solving - Tenant contact We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in HVAC, who is service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. You are comfortable with personal responsibility and see what needs to be done. Requirements: - Knowledge and experience with HVAC work - B-class driver's license - Swedish language proficiency, spoken and written Work Location: - Based in Hyltebruk/Gislaved/Smålandsstenar or by agreement Scope: - Full-time - On-call duty included in the position (3-4 weeks/year) - Reports to work supervisor Compensation: - Fixed salary, monthly pay - Service vehicle included Employment Terms: - Full-time, permanent Application: Your application should include a cover letter and CV.
