Job Information
GK is a technical contractor and service partner working with piping, ventilation, cooling, and building automation, among other areas. In Luleå, GK offers service, as well as full-service and execution contracts for technical installations. As an HVAC Estimator, you'll be a key part of the HVAC operations in Luleå, working closely with the department manager and project managers. You'll work estimating various types of projects and service jobs, developing solutions based on drawings and technical documents, and compiling estimates for upcoming projects.
The position is based at the GK office at Bergnäset in Luleå. You'll work primarily on-site with your colleagues, Monday through Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities
As an HVAC Estimator at GK, you'll play a central role in developing estimates for projects and service assignments. You'll work independently on your estimates while maintaining close collaboration with the department manager and project managers.
You will, among other things:
Estimate HVAC projects and service jobs and develop technical and cost-effective solutions
Calculate material and labor costs and collect, compare, and compile quotes
Develop estimates and tender documents in close collaboration with project managers and the department manager
Contact suppliers and partners and contribute business-minded and creative solutions
Requirements for the Position
Experience in HVAC, the construction industry, estimating work, or other relevant technical operations
Valid driver's license (category B)
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Good computer skills
It is a plus if you have experience with estimating in the HVAC field.
