We are now seeking an engaged and technically minded professional to join our technical support team at our headquarters in Växjö. About the Position As a member of our technical support team, you will be an important contact for our customers, helping them with questions about our products and solutions. The work involves daily contact with resellers, installers, and customers via phone and e-mail, providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and guidance on our products within ventilation, heat recovery, and heating systems. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, product development, and marketing, and contribute to developing our support function. About You You have a technical interest and enjoy solving problems. You are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact. You have the ability to explain technical matters in a clear and pedagogical way. You are organized and take responsibility. You have good computer skills and experience with business systems or similar system support. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have experience or knowledge within: Ventilation Heating systems Heat recovery Building technology HVAC industry What We Offer Varied and developmental work.
