Do you want to be part of developing energy-efficient cooling and heat pump solutions for tomorrow's ventilation systems? We are now seeking a Heat Pump Engineer who wants to combine technical expertise with product development in an international environment.
About the Role
As a heat pump engineer, you are responsible for the technical development of cooling and heat pump solutions for air handling units. You work through the entire development process – from dimensioning and design to testing and technical support.
Your Responsibilities
Size and develop heat pump and cooling systems
Create drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
Select components such as compressors, cooling batteries, and control systems
Test and verify new product solutions
Ensure that designs meet applicable standards and environmental requirements
Provide technical support to sales, procurement, and customer service
Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and product development teams
Contribute technical guidance during installation and commissioning
We are Looking for Someone Who Has
Relevant engineering education in refrigeration technology, HVAC, or energy technology
Experience with design and sizing of cooling or heat pump systems
Good knowledge of refrigerants and energy-efficient solutions
Experience with CAD/BIM and technical calculation tools
Good proficiency in Swedish and English. Finnish or other Nordic languages are advantageous.
