You provide good care and social support to the elderly in their daily lives. This includes: - Assisting with medications, cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and personal care such as showering and toilet visits - In addition to practical and social tasks, you maintain contact with family members, collaborate with team members - Document events in our documentation system Parasol Your competence and experience We're looking for someone who meets the following requirements: - Trained care assistant with protected professional title - Knowledge of care and support work - Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form - Computer, mobile, and system literacy as documentation and reporting are part of the work It is advantageous if you have experience working in: - Elderly care - Health and social care We will place great emphasis on the following personal qualities: - Stable: We need someone who is secure, stress-resistant, and has personal maturity - Service-oriented: You are service-oriented and responsive to the care recipient's needs - Cooperation skills: You have good cooperation skills and willingly share your own knowledge and experience, and are open to learning from others - Empathetic: You have empathy in your interactions with others and have a genuine interest in the profession - Flexibility: You adapt easily to new situations and changing priorities Your application To strengthen focus on the competencies and experience required for this role, you do not need to include a cover letter. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue. The Elderly Care Department is responsible for assistance assessments and various initiatives that enable elderly people to have their care needs met. This includes care and residential facilities, service houses, family support, day activities, and home services. The administration applies full-time as the norm, and you will be employed within Kungsholmen's elderly care services.
