In this development, your work with grounds and landscaping maintenance is crucial. You are helping to set the tone for our outdoor environments and are an important ambassador for our brand and workplace. Your daily work - practical, varied, and full of fresh air You will be working with the maintenance of green spaces and grounds – year-round. This includes, among other things: Mowing grass, clearing flower beds, planting vegetation, and trimming bushes Picking up litter, sweeping pathways, and keeping areas around properties neat Laying pavers or repairing simple walkways Assisting with snow removal and de-icing in winter Participating in improving outdoor environments where people live and spend time What is important is that you are practical-minded and enjoy physical work in all kinds of weather. Who we believe you are For this role, we are looking for you who love outdoor work and have experience in gardening, construction, facilities management, or related areas. Forklift certification, workshop training, and/or chainsaw ABC training, brush cutter RA, and other gardening machinery are strongly meritorious. B driver's license is a requirement, preferably BE or B96.
