Salacgrīvas vidusskola is hiring a General Secondary Education teacher for "Biology I" and "Chemistry I". Work load: 9 contact hours (Biology I - 3 contact hours, Chemistry I - 6 contact hours). Requirements for candidates: education in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving the Professional Competence of Pedagogues". Job responsibilities: 1. Implement the general secondary education program in biology and chemistry, in accordance with the State General Secondary Education Standard, ensuring a quality pedagogical process. 2. Cooperate with other subject teachers, students, and parents of students. 3. Assess student academic performance, study learning dynamics, and conduct analysis. 4. Conduct individual work with students. Competencies and skills necessary for performing job duties: 1. Ability to plan and organize your own and student work in accordance with the educational institution's goals and tasks. 2. High responsibility for your work, the pedagogical methods and approaches chosen, and results. 3. High sense of responsibility, precision, and communication culture. 4. Ability to establish professional cooperation with educational institution staff, students, their parents, and staff of other institutions. 5. Ability to work in a team. 6. Ability to work with information technologies. 7. High responsibility for compliance with professional ethics. We offer: 1. Employment for an indefinite period. 2. Salary of 509,17 EUR before tax payment. 3. Compensation according to the tariff. 4. Social guarantees (health insurance).
