No. 40900023439, invites applications for a VISUAL ARTS TEACHER for general basic education and general secondary education (profession code 2341 01, 2330 01), permanent position (0.5 FTE) at Balvu Professional and General Secondary School. Requirements for candidates: • Higher pedagogical education with appropriate qualification; • No criminal record in accordance with Article 50 of the Education Law and Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; • State language proficiency at the highest level; • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and implement pedagogical work in accordance with the goals set by the educational institution, ensure students acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the education program and its defined goals and tasks, prepare and conduct lessons. • Implement the education program in the teaching subject in accordance with the State Education Standard and the education program. • Conduct lessons according to the developed lesson/class schedule, regularly (daily) making appropriate entries in the e-klase journal in the School Management system. • Conduct individual work with students (consultations) to clarify misunderstood material, motivate learning, develop collaboration and communication skills, and promote socio-emotional learning. • Regularly conduct formative and summative assessment of student learning achievements and document them, research and analyze development dynamics, and set further work goals. • Prepare student work assessment criteria before examinations and familiarize students with them. • Collaborate with class teachers, educational institution support staff, and administration in organizing the pedagogical process. • Attend Pedagogical Board meetings and other meetings related to teaching and educational work in full. Participate in planning and evaluating the educational institution's activities. • Through your attitude, actions, statements, and behavior, create a positive image of the educational institution, not only by fulfilling your direct work duties but also outside your working hours. • Comply with written orders from the educational institution's director regarding changes to working hours and schedules. We offer: • An employment contract for an indefinite period for performing the duties of a Visual Arts teacher for basic education and secondary school levels, • Monthly salary of 1410,00 EUR per full-time equivalent (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 445 of April 5, 2016 "Regulations on Teacher Remuneration") before tax deductions.
