Job Responsibilities: • Plan, organize and implement your pedagogical work in accordance with the objectives set by the educational institution, ensure students acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the education program and its objectives and tasks, prepare and conduct lessons. • Implement the education program in the subject in accordance with the established State Education Standard and education program. • Conduct lessons according to the developed lesson schedule, regularly (daily) making appropriate entries in the School Management System e-class journal. • Conduct individual work with students (consultations) to clarify incomprehensible educational material, motivate learning, develop collaboration and communication skills, promote social-emotional learning. • Regularly conduct formative and summative assessment of student learning outcomes and their reflection, research and analyze development dynamics, set further activity goals. • Before assessments, prepare assessment criteria for student work and familiarize students with them. • Collaborate with class teachers, educational institution support staff and management in organizing the pedagogical process. • Attend Pedagogical Council meetings and other meetings related to educational and upbringing work in full scope. Participate in the planning and evaluation of the educational institution's activities. • By your attitude, actions, statements and behavior, create a positive image of the educational institution, not only fulfilling your direct work duties, but also outside your working hours. • Comply with written orders from the educational institution director regarding changes to working hours and schedules. We offer: • An employment contract for an indefinite period for performing the duties of a Visual Arts teacher for basic education and secondary school stage, • Monthly salary of 1410.00 EUR per full-time position (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 445 of April 5, 2016 "Regulations on Teacher Remuneration") before tax.
