No. 40900023439, invites applications for a HISTORY AND SOCIAL SCIENCES TEACHER for general basic and general secondary education (profession codes 2341 01, 2330 01), full-time position (0.5 rate) at Balvu Professional and General Secondary School. Requirements for candidates: • Higher pedagogical education with appropriate qualifications; • No criminal record in accordance with Article 50 of the Education Law and Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; • State language proficiency at the highest level; • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and implement your pedagogical work in accordance with the goals set by the educational institution, ensure students acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the curriculum and its defined goals and tasks, prepare and conduct lessons. • Implement the curriculum in the subject in accordance with the established State Education Standard and curriculum. • Conduct lessons according to the developed lesson/class schedule, regularly (daily) making appropriate entries in the e-class journal of the School Management System. • Conduct individual work with students (consultations) to clarify unclear study material, motivate learning, develop collaboration and communication skills, and promote socio-emotional learning. • Regularly conduct formative and summative assessment of students' academic achievements and record them, study and analyze development dynamics, and set further goals for action. • Before examinations, prepare assessment criteria for student work and familiarize students with them. • Collaborate with class supervisors, educational institution support staff, and management to organize the educational process. • Attend Pedagogical Council meetings and other meetings related to teaching and educational work in full. Participate in planning the educational institution's activities and evaluating results. • Through your attitude, actions, statements, and behavior, create a positive image of the educational institution, not only by fulfilling your direct work duties but also outside your working hours. • Comply with written orders from the school director regarding changes to working hours and schedules. We offer: • An employment contract for an indefinite period for the position of Visual Arts teacher in the basic and secondary school stages, • A monthly salary of EUR 1410.00 for one rate (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 of April 5, 2016 "Regulations on Teacher Remuneration") before tax deduction.
