Kandavas Kārļa Mīlenbaha vidusskola invites applications for a Physics Teacher position on an indefinite basis We offer: • Interesting, creative, and responsible work; • Methodological and mentoring support for new teachers; • Competitive salary and social benefits; • Health insurance (with employee contribution after probation period); • 15 contact hours per week (primary and secondary school); • Base salary of 1566 EUR per month (before taxes). Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and conduct physics lessons in accordance with the education curriculum and applicable regulations. • Prepare teaching materials, select and use modern teaching methods, digital tools, and technologies to ensure effective learning. • Collaborate with deputy directors in education and other teachers, participating in school event planning, organization, and scenario development. • Work in an inclusive educational environment, providing individual attention to each student and promoting their development. • Maintain documentation related to the teaching process, update e-class records, enter grades, develop thematic plans, and prepare other necessary documents. • Ensure student safety, health, and well-being during the learning process, complying with workplace safety and school internal regulations. Requirements: • Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations on pedagogues' required education and professional qualifications and professional development procedures; • Preferred experience working in a general education institution; • Ability to plan, organize, and perform duties with quality; • High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to make well-reasoned decisions; • Good communication skills and respectful attitude toward students, colleagues, and parents.
