Job responsibilities: 1. Implement the secondary education program in accordance with the State Secondary Education Standard, ensuring a quality pedagogical process. 2. Collaborate with other subject teachers, students, and students' parents. 3. Conduct assessment of student academic performance, study dynamics, and analysis. 4. Conduct individual work with students. Competencies and skills necessary for performing job responsibilities: 1. Ability to plan and organize your own work and that of students in accordance with the educational institution's goals and objectives. 2. High responsibility for your work, the pedagogical methods and techniques chosen, and results. 3. High sense of responsibility, precision, and communication culture. 4. Ability to build professional cooperation with educational institution staff, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions. 5. Ability to work in a team. 6.
