Kalētu Music and Arts Primary School invites applications for a CHEMISTRY TEACHER Chemistry Teacher Responsibilities: · Plan, organize, and conduct chemistry lessons in accordance with educational standards and curriculum. · Prepare instructional materials, assessments, and laboratory work descriptions. · Organize and conduct laboratory and practical work, demonstrations, and experiments. · Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and safe handling of chemical substances requirements. · Promote student understanding of chemical processes, properties of substances, and their everyday applications. · Develop students' research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Assess student knowledge, skills, and competencies; provide regular feedback. · Maintain records of learning outcomes and complete required pedagogical documentation. · Provide support to students in individual learning processes and consultations. · Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration to ensure effective educational delivery. · Participate in methodological work, professional development activities, and school-organized events. · Care for equipment, reagents, and teaching materials in the chemistry laboratory.
