We are looking for a Latvian language and literature teacher who believes in every child's potential for growth and is ready to help students achieve their potential with patience, creativity, and a professional approach. Key Job Responsibilities Plan and implement Latvian language instruction for students with intellectual development disorders, adapting content and methods to each student's individual needs. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student learning and personal development. Assess student learning outcomes, provide regular feedback, and support each student's growth. Collaborate with the support team, class teachers, parents, and other educators to ensure students receive necessary support. We Offer: Employment for an indefinite period; 18 contact hours in 4th, 6th, and 7th/8th grades, with additional hours for other responsibilities and the opportunity to lead interest groups; Salary starting from 1556 EUR before taxes for 1 position (40 hours); A modern work environment and supportive colleagues; Health insurance after the trial period ends; Methodological and mentor support.
