Plan and ensure quality education process in accordance with competencies and regulatory requirements; 2. Implement the education program in a specific subject in accordance with the state general education standard; 3. Conduct assessment of students' learning achievements and document them, research and analyze developmental dynamics; 4. Conduct analysis of own work, set further goals and inform the educational institution of results in the prescribed manner; 5. Conduct individual work with students to clarify incomprehensible educational content, create motivation to learn, and develop cooperation and communication skills; 6. Provide individual support to students according to their abilities and needs (talent development, addressing learning difficulties, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); 7. Fulfill classroom teacher duties in accordance with the educational institution director's order (classroom teacher duties are added to the teacher's job description); 8. Cooperate with parents, provide comprehensive information, inform parents about the student's achievements and problems at the educational institution, jointly seeking solutions; 9.
