State-owned Limited Liability Company "Hospital "Ģintermuiža" invites applications for KITCHEN WORKER (Department) We expect from you: 1. General secondary or secondary vocational education. 2. Ability to interact with persons with mental health disorders. 3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members. 4. Ability to work in high-intensity conditions. 5. State language proficiency at level A, stage 1. 6. Documented knowledge of minimum hygiene requirements in food circulation and successful prior work experience in customer service in a food company will be considered an advantage. Main Responsibilities: 1. Receive and transport meals from the hospital central kitchen to food distribution areas in the department. 2. Portion meals according to prescribed diet and serve to clients. 3. Clear and wash dishes after meals. Use dishwashing machines in the work process. 4. Ensure compliance with hygiene and epidemic control measures in food distribution and dishwashing areas, maintain work surfaces and premises, organize food waste collection and transportation to disposal facilities.
