About the Role You will be part of a team within manufacturing development with a focus on battery production. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of products and processes globally. Work takes place in close collaboration with production and development. What You Will Do Virtually ensure product and process solutions in early stages. Contribute to ensuring that manual and automated flows function efficiently. Support work with quality, line balancing, cost efficiency, and flexibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with production and R&D. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of experience with process design for body shop or battery workshop. Experience with design for manufacturing, with a focus on DFA/DFM. Technical education at university level or equivalent experience. Very good English skills, both spoken and written. Structured approach to work and strong documentation skills.
