GENERAL PĒTERIS RADZIŅŠ PROFESSIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL announces a competition for a servicemember (OR-6) / employee position SENIOR MILITARY INSTRUCTOR Profession code 0210 04. Position: 1 full-time slot. Employment relationship for an indefinite period. Position Objective Conduct educational work in military subjects. Main Position Responsibilities · Lead training sessions at the level of a junior instructor course, in accordance with class schedules and curricula; · Analyze and evaluate classes, provide recommendations for improving the military training program; · Organize and lead student preparation and supervise that instructors properly train students; · Assist fourth-year course supervisors as well as instructors in implementing the training process; · Ensure preparation of materials and documentation necessary for training; · Evaluate and analyze students' acquired knowledge and skills, ensure data entry into the school management system "E-Klase"; · Develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process; · Provide individual support to students according to their abilities and needs; · Connect the theoretical and practical parts of the training process; · Monitor order in training facilities and maintain order and cleanliness in them; · Participate in the school's public life. Requirements for Candidates · Secondary professional education with a component of a study program related to pedagogy of at least two credit points or at least 72 hours; · Senior Instructor Course; · State language knowledge at B2 level; · At least 3 years of experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the defense sector; · Ability to analyze and compile large volumes of various types of information; · Good English language proficiency (in accordance with military profession standards); · Experience in preparing documents (draft regulatory acts); · Ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills; · Knowledge of the Ministry of Defense and its subordinate institutions, including NBS, tasks and structure; · User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; · Sense of responsibility and accuracy. We Offer Servicemember monthly salary is determined in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 509 of 26.08.2014 "Regulations on the Procedure and Amount of Servicemember Monthly Salary and Special Allowances"; employee monthly salary (gross) starting from 1280 euro to 1731 euro (according to the category determined in accordance with remuneration-regulating regulatory acts), stable and responsible work, social guarantees and professional development opportunities.
