SENIOR MILITARY INSTRUCTOR
Profession code 0210 04. Position: 1 full-time slot. Employment contract for an indefinite period.
Position Objective
Conducting educational work in military subjects.
Key Position Responsibilities
· conduct training classes at the level of senior instructor courses, in accordance with class schedules and curricula;
· analyze and evaluate classes, provide recommendations for improving the military training program;
· organize and conduct preparation of students and monitor that instructors properly train students;
· assist fourth-year course supervisors as well as instructors in implementing the training process;
· ensure preparation of materials and documentation necessary for training;
· evaluate and analyze students' acquired knowledge and skills, ensure information entry into the school management system "E-Class";
· develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process;
· provide individual support to students according to their abilities and needs;
· connect the theoretical and practical parts of the training process;
· maintain order in training facilities and ensure cleanliness and organization;
· participate in school public life.
Requirements for Candidates
· secondary professional education and a portion of a pedagogically-related study program totaling at least two credit points or at least 72 hours;
· Senior Instructor Course;
· state language knowledge at B2 level;
· at least 3 years of experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the defense sector;
· ability to analyze and compile large volumes of various types of information;
· good English language skills (in accordance with military profession standards);
· experience in preparing documents (regulatory act drafts);
· ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills;
· knowledge of the Ministry of Defense and its subordinate institutions, including NBS, their tasks and structure;
· user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
· sense of responsibility and accuracy.
We Offer
military serviceman monthly salary is determined according to Cabinet Regulation No. 509 of 26.08.2014 "Regulations on the Procedure and Amount of Military Serviceman Monthly Salary and Special Allowances"; employee monthly salary (gross) starting from EUR 1280 to EUR 1731 (according to the category established in accordance with remuneration-regulating normative acts),
stable and responsible work, social guarantees and professional development opportunities.
