VINAB is now seeking a driven Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health (QEO) Manager who wants to be part of developing our company on our continued growth journey. About the Position: As a QEO Manager with us, you have an important role where you drive and support our operations within the industry in matters concerning quality, environment, and occupational health. Documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up are central parts of the position, as is developing and improving processes, routines, and methods that strengthen operations over time. You enjoy being present in operations and traveling within the region to support managers and employees in a coaching and operations-focused manner. The work should point the way forward toward a healthy, safe, and sustainable VINAB. Beyond QEO responsibility, you will also work closely with HR and contribute to HR matters within the organization. In your role as QEO Manager, you have the opportunity to influence and develop our methods, with short decision paths and close collaboration with operations. You are part of VINAB's management team and help drive the company's development forward. Main Responsibilities: · Actively support the organization's managers and employees in QEO-related matters. · Ensure that the organization works in accordance with applicable routines, laws, and requirements. Monitor and inform about changes, and interpret laws and regulations within the QEO area. · Drive and support operations in work with occupational health plans, risk assessments, and company-specific instructions, as well as in investigations of accidents, incidents, and risk observations. · Drive improvement work and follow-ups with customers together with relevant employees. · Manage administration within the QEO area, update and maintain templates, support documents, and internal guidelines. · Develop QEO training. · Be out in the field together with our employees. · Contribute to HR work. We Seek You Who: · Have relevant post-secondary education in QEO. · Have education and/or deep knowledge of legislation concerning quality, environment, and occupational health and ISO certification. · Have at least three years of experience in a similar position. It is meritorious if you have experience from the industry and its agreements. · It is meritorious if you have experience combining QEO with HR matters. · Have good knowledge in quality, environment, occupational health, health, improvement, and safety work. · Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you speak Russian or Finnish, we consider that meritorious. · Have a B-class driver's license. · Have good computer skills (Office suite). We consider it meritorious if you have knowledge of the IA system. Personal Qualities: We seek someone who is driven and self-motivated with an understanding of regulations and standards within quality, environment, and occupational health. As a person, you are solution-focused, communicative, and skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing, and you understand the importance of documentation. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and that you have good teamwork abilities, as you will be an important support function in the organization. We value a positive attitude and that you have a strong will to contribute to continuous development. The role involves a varied day where you alternate between QEO work and HR-related matters.
