OffertHem is an independent comparison service for real estate agents. We simplify the process for home sellers by allowing them to freely compare real estate agents' services, performance, and statistics. As a meeting booker, you'll be working with a service that actually creates clear value and is easy for customers to say yes to. About the Role We're expanding rapidly and are now looking for goal-driven meeting bookers for remote work. The role involves contacting private individuals, presenting OffertHem's value proposition, and booking quality meetings for our real estate agent clients. Scope: Full-time, with varying working hours (flexibility under your own responsibility). Location: 100% remote work. Support: We offer comprehensive onboarding and access to proven scripts. Support and coaching are available from the team throughout your workday to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing: Making Outbound Calls: Contact private individuals (homeowners) by phone at a steady, consistent pace. These are people who haven't been in contact with us before. Presenting Value: Conduct a quick needs analysis and explain how OffertHem's free comparison service helps them make a better home sale. Booking Meetings: Convert interest into booked, quality-assured meetings for our connected real estate agent clients. Meeting Goals: Work independently toward daily and weekly targets, with support and coaching from the team behind you. Profile Requirements – We're Looking for Someone Who: To be considered for this role, you need a high degree of self-discipline and strong internal drive. We're seeking individuals who see opportunities in performance-based work. Language Requirements: You possess very good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. Since all customer contact occurs in Swedish, this is an absolute requirement to ensure quality and professionalism. Technical Equipment: You have access to your own well-functioning computer and a good headset. A stable internet connection is a prerequisite. Personality: You are persistent, have a positive attitude, and aren't afraid of making many customer contacts per day. Compensation and Benefits This role is 100% commission-based, meaning no base salary is provided. You can choose whether you want to be employed by us or invoice through your own company. Commission: Compensation is paid per booked meeting (with no salary cap). Bonus System: We offer generous bonuses in addition to the base commission. Bonuses are activated once you've reached a specific volume of approved and quality-assured meetings.
