Here you will work in a combined role with responsibility for both Systematic Fire Safety Work (SBA) and First Responder (FIP). About the Role As a First Responder, you are the first resource on scene during accidents, fires, or other serious incidents. You create a quick situation assessment, lead the initial response, and carry out life-saving and damage-limiting measures until the fire and rescue service takes over responsibility. In parallel, you work with systematic fire safety work by: - Planning and conducting SBA inspections - Following up on fire safety organization and procedures - Carrying out self-inspections and documentation - Contributing to training and development of safety work - Being an important part of the customer's preventive safety efforts Working Hours: Varying Work Location: Skellefteå Duration: Full-time, Part-time – On-demand position, 6-month probation applies Start Date: By agreement Salary: According to collective agreement The customer places great trust in us, and your work as a security officer is important. We Are Looking for You Who - Have a strong safety mindset and take responsibility. - Are calm, confident, and can make decisions under pressure. - Enjoy working both preventively and operationally. - Have good collaboration skills and professional conduct. - Have good physical ability and enjoy varying work. Security officer training is meritorious for these positions. Other meritorious qualifications include experience in the security industry, certain technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments. If you have the right profile for Avarn and you move forward in the process but do not already hold the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! Security officer training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted by BYA, the Security Industry's Professional and Work Environment Committee. Participation is a requirement for employment.
