About the Position We are looking for someone who wants to work in a care team where collaboration and patient safety are central. You will be supervised by a nurse and have an important role in providing safe and professional care. Your work tasks include, among other things: Basic nursing care Blood sampling Monitoring vital parameters Stoma and catheter care Contributing to safe and secure care together with other professionals in the team If you have experience in discharge planning or coordinator work, that is a merit.
