We are looking for someone with experience from the traffic control industry who enjoys combining practical work with supervisory responsibilities. In this role, you will be an important support to both the depot manager and project manager, and you will have a central role in planning, coordinating, and following up on daily operations. About the Role As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on daily work in the field. You will supervise our employees in the field, ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, and contribute to efficient and high-quality deliveries. The role is operational and you will participate in the work yourself while supporting, developing, and supervising the team in daily operations. Your Responsibilities Supervise and allocate work during setup and takedown Provide operational support in daily operations Relieve the depot manager and project manager in ongoing operations Support and develop depot staff in the field Ensure that work is performed according to requirements and applicable regulations Follow up on quality and perform inspections Contribute to structure, coordination, and efficient working methods in the operations Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with experience from the traffic control industry who feels confident in a role where you lead daily work in the field. We believe that you: Have experience working with traffic control solutions and TA projects Have good knowledge of the Swedish Transport Administration's regulations and requirements in the TA field Have experience planning, coordinating, or leading field work Have a Category B driver's license Meritorious Experience managing or leading large TA projects Driver's licenses beyond Category B As a Person You Are Stress-resistant and solution-oriented Structured and responsible Good at delegating and creating engagement Pedagogical and enjoy teaching others Relationship-oriented and communicative What We Offer With us, you will have an important role in a growing operation where you have the opportunity to make an impact and develop.
