You and your colleagues, together with the operations manager, form a dream team that will launch the operations together to create a safe and developing environment for the residents. About the operations Gemensamma Krafter is a smaller, quality-focused care company with a clear specialization: operating group homes for adults under the LSS legislation. With six established group homes in the Stockholm area and Gävle – and a seventh under development in Norrtälje – Gemensamma Krafter is committed to combining high quality with genuine commitment to people. You can read more about Gemensamma Krafter on our website www.gemensammakrafter.se SCOPE AND WORKING HOURS We are looking for you who are a student with a focus on care, health, behavioral science, or pedagogy. We can offer you hourly employment and fixed weekend shifts. Work shifts include day, evening, weekend, and so-called "sleeping" on-call duty at night. As a support assistant, you provide individual and everyday-based support. Your task is to create a safe environment and a meaningful day for our residents through respectful and calm interaction. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS You have a natural ability to build relationships and maintain your composure even in challenging situations.
