Do you want to combine reception services in a modern office with active security work? We are now recruiting engaged, service-oriented and confident security guards for combined reception and patrol services in the Stockholm area. These positions offer a unique variation where you work in a professional reception environment in Stockholm City during weekdays while you are responsible for patrols and security work at a site in Västerort during weekends. Here you will have an independent and responsible role where you contribute to both a welcoming service experience and a safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and employees. A driver's license (category B) and access to your own car are required as the services involve work at two different locations. Schedule: 5–2 shift pattern About the role In these positions you combine reception work in Stockholm City with patrols and security work in Västerort. During weekdays you work in the reception where the focus is on service, administration and visitor reception. During weekends you are responsible for patrols, supervision and security-related tasks at another location in Västerort. The role suits you if you appreciate variation in your work and if you enjoy switching between a service-oriented approach and more independent security work. We operate on a 5–2 shift pattern where reception services are provided Monday–Friday and patrol services are performed during weekends. Responsibilities Reception – Stockholm City Receive and register visitors Manage access, access cards and keys Answer telephone calls and emails Administer meeting bookings and mail handling Receive and coordinate deliveries Ensure order, structure and service in the reception Be the face of the customer and the business Patrols – Västerort Conduct internal and external patrols according to instructions Inspect the property's security and functionality Report deviations, incidents and security-related events Handle alarms and address minor deviations according to routine Cooperate with internal security and other functions Contribute to a safe and secure environment for the business What we're looking for Qualifications Security guard training VU1 and VU2 (required) Approval from the County Administrative Board for work with an authorized security company Experience in reception work, customer service or similar service functions Driver's license (category B) and access to your own car (required) Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems No criminal record, drug-free and no payment defaults Personal qualities We believe you will succeed in this role if you: Are service-oriented and enjoy daily customer contact Have a professional and representative manner Are responsible, solution-oriented and flexible Have good ability to plan and structure your work Are confident, calm and secure in your actions Can work independently as well as in a team Have a genuine interest in both security and service What we offer Varied assignments that combine reception and patrol work Work in two different environments that provide change and development Opportunity to develop within both security and service Collective agreement and secure employment terms An engaged team and a workplace where quality, responsibility and professionalism are in focus Terms of employment Start date by agreement.
